What Makes Spiced Coffee Special

Our Robusta is grown and hand-picked in Chiapas, Mexico, renowned for its lush rainforests and rich volcanic soil. This unique environment naturally produces a rich and flavorful coffee. being in Texas, instead of Dakar, has been instrumental in enhancing the spiced coffee experience. Where we were once limited to sourcing primarily Ivorian Robusta in Senegal, our current location grants us access to a much wider range of beans. This means we can select exceptional coffee beans like our Chiapas robusta, ultimately delivering a richer, more complex, and ultimately better cup to you.

The grain of Selim fruit is harvested in Senegal's Casamance region. known for its anti-inflammatory properties, the fruit is a staple of traditional West African medicine.

Its vibrant aroma adds a distinctive flavor dimension.

Our spiced coffee is roasted to fully realize the potential of the bean and fruit. We don't do artificial enhancements, opting for a pure and natural approach. No added oils, additives, or flavorings—just the best African coffee around.

Wollof coffee is great all year long. However, it may be best for fall and winter since it is deep, rich, and full bodied. The selium or djar is such a unique spice that it creates an aroma for coffee as you've never experienced. Do yourself favour and smash the buy button. But only if you want a unique coffee experience that north America cannot provide! And Malick's customer service and kindness are too notch!
